Job Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales, setting appointments, or providing information about our products and services. Your primary objective will be to engage prospects, build relationships, and ultimately drive business growth through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or existing databases.
2. Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches to promote our products/services and persuade prospects to take desired actions.
3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening.
4. Customer Engagement: Build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and increase the likelihood of sales conversion.
5. Information Dissemination: Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and benefits to address customer inquiries.
6. Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for sales representatives with interested prospects or existing customers.
7. Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, address concerns, and facilitate the sales process.
8. Data Management: Maintain detailed records of interactions, update customer databases, and report on call outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 12th-grade education required; Graduates preferred.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 and 40 years old.
• Gender: Open to all genders - male and female.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and proficiency in Hindi/Bengali/English.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport, empathize with customers, and handle objections effectively.
• Persistence: Strong determination and resilience to handle rejection and maintain motivation in a target-driven environment.
• Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of computer applications and CRM systems.
• Ethical Conduct: Commitment to maintaining integrity, honesty, and professionalism in all interactions.
