5. Problem Resolution: Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. Strive to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (or equivalent) to a graduate degree.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer service or sales environment.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
