Position Overview: As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services, answer queries, and generate sales leads. Your role will be crucial in building strong relationships with customers and driving revenue through effective communication and persuasion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers using prepared scripts to introduce our products/services and persuade them to make a purchase or set up appointments.
  2. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their queries, and concerns, and providing accurate information about our offerings.
  3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through proactive calling and follow-up techniques. Maintain a database of potential leads and ensure timely follow-up to convert leads into sales opportunities.
  4. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers.
  5. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas by consistently delivering high-quality calls and generating actionable leads.
  6. CRM Management: Update customer information, call logs, and sales activity in our CRM system accurately and on time to maintain data integrity and facilitate effective communication with the sales team.
  7. Feedback and Improvement: Provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences, market trends, and areas for improvement in our sales processes to enhance overall performance.


  • Education: Minimum 10th grade to Graduate degree in any discipline.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar telecalling or sales role, preferably in the retail or service industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English with the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone.
  • Persuasion Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to convince potential customers and overcome objections.
  • Customer-Centric: Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools to manage calls, track sales activity, and maintain customer records.
  • Goal-oriented: Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and support colleagues in achieving common goals.
