Position Overview: As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services, answer queries, and generate sales leads. Your role will be crucial in building strong relationships with customers and driving revenue through effective communication and persuasion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers using prepared scripts to introduce our products/services and persuade them to make a purchase or set up appointments.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their queries, and concerns, and providing accurate information about our offerings.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through proactive calling and follow-up techniques. Maintain a database of potential leads and ensure timely follow-up to convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas by consistently delivering high-quality calls and generating actionable leads.
- CRM Management: Update customer information, call logs, and sales activity in our CRM system accurately and on time to maintain data integrity and facilitate effective communication with the sales team.
- Feedback and Improvement: Provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences, market trends, and areas for improvement in our sales processes to enhance overall performance.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 10th grade to Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar telecalling or sales role, preferably in the retail or service industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English with the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone.
- Persuasion Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to convince potential customers and overcome objections.
- Customer-Centric: Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools to manage calls, track sales activity, and maintain customer records.
- Goal-oriented: Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
