Job Description:
As a Telecaller, you will be the voice of our organization, connecting with potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services and generate sales leads. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with individuals courteously and professionally, effectively conveying the benefits of our offerings and persuading them to take the desired action.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database or leads list.
- Product/Service Promotion: Introduce and explain our products/services to potential customers, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through proactive calling efforts.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain positive relationships with customers by providing prompt and accurate information, addressing queries, and resolving concerns.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and objectives.
- Data Entry: Accurately record and maintain customer information and interactions in the database.
- Follow-Up: Follow up on initial contacts to nurture leads and facilitate the sales process.
- Feedback Reporting: Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding customer responses and preferences.
- Adherence to Guidelines: Adhere to scripting and compliance guidelines during calls to ensure consistency and regulatory compliance.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques through training sessions and self-directed learning.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 12th grade (High School Diploma) to Graduate level.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in telemarketing or sales.
- Age: Between 18 to 40 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders (male, female, and others).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the language(s) relevant to the target market.
- Persuasion Skills: Ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a passion for satisfying customers’ needs.
- Resilience: Resilience to handle rejection and objections positively and persist in making calls.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Tech Savvy: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications.
