Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to promote our products/services, generate leads, and facilitate sales. Your primary objective will be to engage with customers effectively, understand their needs, and convincingly communicate the value proposition of our offerings. Key responsibilities include:

1. Outbound Calling:

  • Conducting outbound calls to prospects from provided leads or databases.
  • Introducing our products/services and explaining their features and benefits.
  • Effectively handling objections and persuading potential customers to make a purchase or schedule appointments.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Following up with customers to nurture leads and facilitate repeat business.

3. Data Entry and Reporting:

  • Recording accurate and detailed information about interactions with customers in the CRM system.
  • Generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call activities, conversion rates, and sales performance.

4. Adherence to Policies and Procedures:

  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards at all times.
  • Following scripts and guidelines provided for effective communication with customers.


1. Education: Candidates must have completed at least 10th-grade education, with a preference for those who are graduates or currently pursuing higher education.

2. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar telecalling or customer service role is required. Candidates with a proven track record of achieving sales targets will be preferred.

3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, both verbal and written, are essential. Candidates must be articulate, persuasive, and able to communicate confidently over the phone.

4. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and empathize with customers' needs.

5. Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with CRM software, are desirable.

6. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations, work under pressure, and meet targets within tight deadlines.
