Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and promote our products and services.
• Handle inbound calls from existing customers and professionally address their queries and concerns.

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote customer retention.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 10th grade to Graduate.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
