Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers, introduce them to our products/services, and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to potential customers from our database or leads provided, effectively communicate the benefits of our products/services, and generate interest.
2. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
3. Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively pitching our products/services and closing deals over the phone.
4. Follow-up: Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various channels to convert them into sales opportunities.
5. Data Entry: Accurately record customer information, details of interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
6. Feedback: Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences, market trends, and areas for improvement.
7. Adherence to Guidelines: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements during calls and interactions with customers.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School) to Graduate.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telecalling or a similar role.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
• Gender: Open to all genders - male and female.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in Hindi and/or English, with a clear and pleasant telephone voice.
• Persuasion Skills: Ability to persuade and influence customers to make a purchase or take action.
• Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others.
• Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of computers and proficiency in using CRM software and other telecalling tools.
