Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services and generate sales leads. Your primary objective will be to engage with customers courteously and professionally, effectively communicate the features and benefits of our offerings, and ultimately persuade them to take the desired action.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared list of contacts.
2. Introduce our products/services to customers and highlight their key features and benefits.
3. Listen attentively to customer inquiries and address their questions or concerns promptly and accurately.
4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and building rapport with customers.
5. Keep detailed records of interactions with customers and update the database with relevant information.
6. Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and quotas.
7. Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize sales efforts and achieve collective goals.
8. Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques through regular training sessions and self-study.

Requirements:

• Minimum educational qualification: 12th grade (High School) to Graduate.
• At least 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service roles.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Malayalam (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
• Age between 18 years to 40 years.
