About the Role:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Telecallers in Kannur. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services, generate leads, and facilitate sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences.
- Product/Service Promotion: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products/services to potential customers to generate interest and drive sales.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive calling efforts and maintain a database of prospects for follow-up.
- Sales Conversion: Work towards achieving sales targets by converting leads into sales through persuasive communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer Follow-up: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and encourage repeat business.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with customers in the CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize sales strategies and achieve collective goals.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum educational qualification of 10th grade, with preference given to candidates with higher education.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Malayalam, with the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively.
- Persuasive Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to influence potential customers and close sales deals.
- Customer-Centric Approach: A customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address customer needs and concerns.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection positively and persistently pursue sales objectives.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing business requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications.
