As a Telecaller, you will be the voice of our organization, reaching out to potential customers to introduce our products/services, answer their queries, and persuade them to take action. Your role will be pivotal in driving our sales and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce our products/services, explain their benefits, and address any questions or concerns they may have.
2. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers courteously and professionally. Build rapport and trust to encourage positive interactions and enhance the likelihood of sales conversion.
3. Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products/services to effectively communicate their features, advantages, and benefits to potential customers. Stay updated on any new offerings or updates.
4. Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive communication skills to convince potential customers of the value proposition offered by our products/services. Effectively handle objections and overcome barriers to secure sales.
5. Follow-Up: Maintain records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales leads. Follow up on initial contacts to nurture leads and facilitate the sales process through timely communication.
6. Target Achievement: Work towards achieving individual and team targets for sales conversion and revenue generation. Strive to exceed performance expectations while maintaining quality standards.
7. Feedback and Improvement: Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences, market trends, and areas for improvement. Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

1. Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade; higher education (Graduate) is preferred.
2. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in telemarketing or sales.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
4. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain positive customer relationships.
5. Persistence: Resilience and persistence in overcoming challenges and objections to achieve sales targets.
6. Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications.
7. Ethical Conduct: Commitment to ethical conduct and adherence to company policies and guidelines.
