As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers and provide them with information about our products or services. You will also be responsible for answering incoming calls, addressing customer queries, and resolving any issues they may have.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Making Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce them to our products or services. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing information.
  2. Handling Inbound Calls: Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally. Listen to their queries and provide accurate information or escalate issues as necessary.
  3. Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service at all times.
  4. Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, or comments. Update customer information in the database as required.
  5. Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction.
  6. Adherence to Guidelines: Follow company policies and procedures regarding call scripts, quality standards, and compliance regulations.
  7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve common goals and deliver excellent customer service.

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi. Ability to articulate information clearly and effectively.
  2. Customer Focus: Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Ability to empathize with customers and address their needs.
  3. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to resolving issues and finding solutions.
  4. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers and establish positive relationships over the phone.
  5. Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications and data entry.
  6. Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a challenging environment.
