As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for initiating communication with potential and existing customers over the phone. Your primary objective will be to promote our products/services, address inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role demands excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Make proactive calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services, generate leads, and schedule appointments for sales representatives.
  2. Inbound Calling: Handle incoming calls from customers, address their queries, provide product information, and offer solutions to their concerns.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing personalized assistance, resolving issues promptly, and following up on inquiries.
  4. Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to facilitate the sales process, update customer records, and ensure seamless communication between departments.
  5. Data Management: Accurately record and maintain customer information, call logs, and relevant data in the CRM system.
  6. Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates.
  7. Quality Assurance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards to deliver exceptional service and uphold the brand reputation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient in spoken and written English (and local language if applicable), with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
  2. Customer Focus: Demonstrated passion for delivering outstanding customer service and resolving customer issues effectively.
  3. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly, empathize with customers, and adapt communication style to suit diverse audiences.
  4. Problem-Solving Abilities: Resourceful problem solver with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and finding solutions.
  5. Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines consistently.
  6. Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of MS Office applications and familiarity with CRM software preferred.
  7. Previous Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer service or telesales environment.
