  1. Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to prospects using a provided directory or leads list.
  2. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
  3. Sales Pitch: Deliver persuasive sales pitches to potential customers, highlighting the value proposition of our offerings.
  4. Customer Engagement: Engage customers in meaningful conversations to identify their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  5. Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with qualified leads.
  6. Follow-up: Follow up with potential customers via phone or email to close sales or address any concerns.
  7. Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  8. Database Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and sales opportunities in the CRM system.
  9. Feedback: Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding customer preferences and market trends.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade to Graduate.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in telecalling or sales roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in [local language] and proficiency in Hindi/English.
