Job Description:
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for initiating sales calls to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and persuading them to make a purchase or setting up appointments for further discussion. Your role will be pivotal in driving sales revenue and fostering long-term relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to prospects using a provided directory or leads list.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- Sales Pitch: Deliver persuasive sales pitches to potential customers, highlighting the value proposition of our offerings.
- Customer Engagement: Engage customers in meaningful conversations to identify their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with qualified leads.
- Follow-up: Follow up with potential customers via phone or email to close sales or address any concerns.
- Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and sales opportunities in the CRM system.
- Feedback: Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding customer preferences and market trends.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade to Graduate.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in telecalling or sales roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in [local language] and proficiency in Hindi/English.
- Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a demonstrated ability to close sales.
