Job Description:
As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to engage potential customers over the phone, introducing them to our range of products/services, and persuading them to make a purchase or take desired action. Here's what you'll be doing on a day-to-day basis:
1. Outbound Calls: You will be making outbound calls to a list of leads provided by the company. These calls will be aimed at generating interest in our offerings and ultimately converting leads into customers.
2. Product/Service Knowledge: You must have a deep understanding of our products/services. You'll need to effectively communicate the features, benefits, and unique selling points to potential customers.
3. Building Rapport: Building rapport with customers is key to successful sales. You'll need to establish a connection, address their queries, and understand their needs to tailor your pitch accordingly.
4. Achieving Targets: Meeting and exceeding sales targets will be a significant part of your role. You'll be responsible for achieving set KPIs and contributing to the overall sales goals of the company.
5. Follow-up: Following up with potential customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase is essential. You'll need to maintain a database of leads and follow up with them at regular intervals to nurture relationships and close sales.
Requirements:
1. Education: The minimum qualification required is 12th grade, although a graduate degree is preferred.
2. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is necessary. Prior experience in telesales or customer service will be advantageous.
3. Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
4. Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in the local language as well as proficiency in Hindi or English is required.
6. Persuasion Skills: Ability to persuade and influence potential customers effectively.
