Job Description:
As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers over the phone, effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products/services, and persuade them to make a purchase or take the desired action. Your duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Conducting Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce our products/services clearly and compellingly, highlighting their value proposition.
2. Building Rapport: Build rapport with customers by actively listening to their needs, addressing their concerns, and providing appropriate solutions or information.
3. Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive sales techniques to convert leads into sales or appointments. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
4. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in the CRM system. Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending sales to ensure timely closure.
5. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, pricing, and promotions. Effectively communicate product information and benefits to customers.
6. Adherence to Guidelines: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and scripting guidelines during all interactions with customers. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve collective goals. Share insights, best practices, and feedback to contribute to the overall success of the team.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
1. Education: The minimum educational qualification required is 12th grade (Higher Secondary) up to Graduate level.
2. Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar telecalling or sales role is preferred.
3. Age: Candidates must be between 18 years to 40 years of age.
4. Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
6. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting relationships with customers.
