Job Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers via phone calls to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide relevant information about our products or services.
2. Sales Support: Assist customers in making informed decisions by promoting our products/services, explaining features, and highlighting benefits to meet their requirements.
3. Lead Generation: Identify potential leads through outbound calls, follow up on inquiries, and maintain a database of prospective customers for future opportunities.
4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
5. Data Entry and Documentation: Accurately record customer details, interactions, and transactions in the database, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
6. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics to contribute to the overall success of the sales team and the organization.
7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and other departments to achieve common goals, share best practices, and foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 12th grade to Graduate level education from a recognized institution.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in customer service or sales.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
• Gender: Open to candidates of all genders - male and female.

Key Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (spoken and written).
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
• Proficiency in using MS Office applications and familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets and deliver results.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
