Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be the frontline ambassador of our organization, tasked with reaching out to potential customers through outbound calls. Your primary responsibility will be to introduce our products/services, generate leads, and facilitate sales conversations. Here's a glimpse of what you'll be doing:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or existing databases.
2. Product/Service Introduction: Introduce our products/services to potential customers, highlighting their features and benefits.
3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and probing.
4. Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for interested customers to meet with our sales team or for product demonstrations.
5. Follow-up: Follow up on leads promptly and persistently to nurture them through the sales funnel.
6. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and update customer databases with relevant information.
7. Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport with customers to enhance their experience and increase the likelihood of conversion.
8. Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation and sales conversion.

Requirements:

1. Education: Minimum qualification from 12th grade to a Graduate degree. Strong communication skills in English and regional languages are preferred.

2. Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in telecalling or a similar role is required. Experience in sales or customer service will be advantageous.

3. Age: Candidates must be between 18 years to 40 years of age to be eligible for this position.
