Position Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer interaction efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate outgoing calls to prospective clients, effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products/services, and persuade them to take action. Whether it's promoting new offers, conducting surveys, or following up on leads, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Make proactive calls to potential customers using our provided database, introducing them to our products/services, and generating interest.
2. Product/Service Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our offerings to effectively address customer inquiries, overcome objections, and highlight key selling points.
3. Relationship Building: Build rapport with customers by demonstrating empathy, active listening, and professionalism, fostering long-term relationships and brand loyalty.
4. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, conversion rates, and revenue generation, consistently striving for excellence.
5. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, update databases with relevant information, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive data.
6. Feedback and Improvement: Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences, market trends, and areas for process improvement, contributing to ongoing refinement of our sales strategies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum of 12th-grade education required, with preference given to candidates holding a graduate degree.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in telemarketing, customer service, or sales.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
• Gender: Open to all genders, male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key Competencies:

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and preferably Bengali.
