Job Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for initiating communication with potential customers over the phone. Your primary goal will be to promote our products/services, generate leads, and maintain positive relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or leads generated through marketing initiatives.
  2. Product/Service Promotion: Present information about our products or services persuasively to potential customers, highlighting their benefits and features.
  3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads from various sources, gathering necessary information and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
  4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by addressing their inquiries, and concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.
  5. Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets by effectively closing deals and converting leads into customers.
  6. Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction, address any issues, and upsell additional products or services where applicable.
  7. Market Feedback: Gather feedback from customers regarding our products/services and communicate insights to the sales and marketing teams.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (Matriculation) to a Graduate degree.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Kannada and English. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively over the phone.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and ability to handle objections.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Positive Attitude: A positive attitude towards challenges and a willingness to learn and grow.
