Responsibilities:
As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our business, connecting with potential customers over the phone. Your responsibilities will include:
- Outbound Calls: Initiating outgoing calls to prospective customers from provided lists or databases. Engaging them in conversation to promote our products/services and generate interest.
- Customer Engagement: Building rapport with customers by actively listening to their needs and concerns. Providing accurate information about our products/services and addressing any queries or objections they may have.
- Sales Conversion: Effectively communicating the value proposition of our offerings to persuade customers to make a purchase or commit to our services. Utilizing persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into sales.
- Follow-up: Following up with potential customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a decision. Providing additional information or clarification to encourage them to proceed with the purchase.
- Database Management: Updating customer information, call logs, and sales activities accurately in the database or CRM system. Maintaining organized records of interactions and outcomes for future reference.
- Achieving Targets: Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, sales conversions, and revenue generation. Continuously striving to improve performance and achieve higher goals.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and articulate communication skills in Hindi and/or regional language. Ability to engage customers in meaningful conversations and convey information persuasively.
- Sales Acumen: Proven experience in telesales or telecalling with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and objections professionally without losing enthusiasm or motivation. Persistence and resilience in overcoming challenges and turning them into opportunities.
- Customer Focus: Genuine interest in understanding customer needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements. Empathetic approach towards addressing customer concerns and building trust.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to evolving scripts, strategies, and product knowledge. Openness to feedback and willingness to implement suggested improvements for better performance.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills including familiarity with CRM software or databases for call management and reporting.
Education: Minimum educational qualification from 10th to Graduate.
