Job Description:
As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential and existing customers over the phone. You'll be tasked with making outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing them to our products/services, and persuasively articulating the value proposition. Additionally, you'll handle inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Proactively reach out to potential customers to generate leads, promote products/services, and schedule appointments or demonstrations.
- Inbound Calling: Respond promptly to incoming calls from customers, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and offering solutions that align with our offerings.
- Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, conversion rates, and sales quotas.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers, including call logs, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product/service features, benefits, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers and address their queries.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to streamline processes, share insights, and contribute to overall business growth.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School Diploma) to Graduate.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
- Age: Between 18 to 40 years.
