Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for initiating outbound calls and receiving inbound calls from prospective and existing customers. Your primary goal will be to promote our products/services, address customer inquiries, and provide exceptional assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct Outbound Calls: Initiate outgoing calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule appointments.
2. Handle Inbound Calls: Receive incoming calls from customers, address their queries, provide product information, and offer assistance as needed.
3. Build Rapport: Establish and maintain a positive rapport with customers by delivering excellent service and addressing their concerns with professionalism and empathy.
4. Meet Targets: Achieve weekly and monthly targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction metrics.
5. Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, using our CRM software.
6. Follow-up: Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met, and provide assistance or additional information as required.
7. Stay Informed: Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, promotions, and company policies to effectively address customer queries.
8. Adhere to Guidelines: Adhere to company policies and guidelines regarding ethical conduct, data security, and customer privacy.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade to a Graduate degree.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
• Age: Between 18 to 40 years.
• Gender: Open to all genders - male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and proficiency in Hindi or English.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport, empathize with customers, and effectively communicate product benefits.
• Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software are desirable.
