Position Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer interaction efforts. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
  2. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and effectively communicate the benefits of our products/services.
  3. Information Dissemination: Provide accurate information about our offerings, promotions, pricing, and any other relevant details to customers.
  4. Handling Inquiries: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections promptly and professionally, aiming to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
  5. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive questioning and active listening during conversations.
  6. Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for interested customers to meet with our sales representatives for further discussions.
  7. Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to nurture relationships and progress them through the sales pipeline.
  8. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, feedback, and outcomes, in our CRM system.
  9. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics set by the management.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (High School) to Graduate.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar telecalling or customer service role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or regional languages.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport, empathize with customers, and handle objections effectively.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a goal-oriented approach.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and situations while maintaining professionalism.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection positively and persistently pursue leads until successful conversion.
