Position Overview:
As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer interaction efforts. Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and effectively communicate the benefits of our products/services.
- Information Dissemination: Provide accurate information about our offerings, promotions, pricing, and any other relevant details to customers.
- Handling Inquiries: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections promptly and professionally, aiming to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive questioning and active listening during conversations.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for interested customers to meet with our sales representatives for further discussions.
- Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to nurture relationships and progress them through the sales pipeline.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, feedback, and outcomes, in our CRM system.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics set by the management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (High School) to Graduate.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar telecalling or customer service role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or regional languages.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport, empathize with customers, and handle objections effectively.
- Sales Acumen: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a goal-oriented approach.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and situations while maintaining professionalism.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection positively and persistently pursue leads until successful conversion.
