Job Description

Are you a proficient communicator with a knack for building rapport over the phone? We're seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Telecallers. As a Telecaller, you'll be at the forefront of our customer interaction, engaging with clients to provide information, promote products or services, and facilitate sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


  1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to existing and potential customers from provided leads or databases. Your goal will be to introduce our products/services, explain their features and benefits, and persuade customers to make a purchase or set up appointments.
  2. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Listen attentively to their queries, concerns, and feedback, and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues to higher authorities when necessary.
  3. Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our products or services to effectively communicate their value propositions to customers. Stay updated on product/service features, pricing, and promotional offers.
  4. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Utilize persuasive sales techniques to close deals and achieve revenue goals.
  5. Data Entry and Reporting: Accurately record customer information, interactions, and transactions in the CRM system. Generate reports on call volume, sales metrics, and customer feedback for management review.
  6. Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to existing customers to ensure satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and upsell additional products or services.
  7. Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions, data privacy, and compliance with regulations.


  1. Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to a Graduate degree.
  2. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, tele-sales, or customer service roles preferred.
  3. Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  4. Gender: Open to all genders - male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
  5. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with fluency in the local language and proficiency in English or other languages as required.
  6. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly, establish trust, and empathize with customers' needs and concerns.
  7. Sales Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  8. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office applications, and basic computer operations.
  9. Resilience: Ability to handle rejection positively and persistently pursue sales opportunities.
  10. Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
