Job Description:
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to generate sales, schedule appointments, or gather information. Your primary goal will be to effectively communicate our products or services, address customer inquiries, and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers using provided leads or databases.
- Sales Generation: Effectively pitch products or services to potential customers to meet sales targets.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads by gathering the necessary information and assessing their interest level.
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for sales representatives or field agents as required.
- Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Data Entry: Accurately record customer details, interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Feedback: Provide feedback to the management regarding customer preferences, market trends, and potential improvements.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: The minimum qualification required is 10th grade, although a higher degree is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in telecalling or a related field is required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and the local language (Assamese) are essential.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly, empathize with customers, and effectively resolve issues.
- Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer psychology.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using computers, CRM software, and other telecalling tools.
- Persistence: Resilience and perseverance to handle rejection and keep striving for success.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
