Job Summary:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales or set up appointments. You will play a crucial role in promoting our products/services and maintaining customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
  2. Product/Service Promotion: Present and explain our products/services to potential customers in a compelling manner to generate interest and drive sales.
  3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through proactive questioning and listening to customer needs.
  4. Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with interested customers.
  5. Customer Follow-Up: Maintain ongoing communication with potential leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
  6. Data Management: Accurately record and update customer information, interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
  7. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, leads generated, and sales conversions.
  8. Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to the management team. Prepare regular reports on calling activities and outcomes.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher education is preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in telemarketing or sales.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders - male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English. Ability to engage customers and build rapport over the phone.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of MS Office applications and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and objections professionally and persistently pursue sales opportunities.
  • Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with team members and support collective goals.
