Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our products/services and persuading them to make a purchase or take the desired action. Additionally, you will handle inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Place calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database.
  2. Product/Service Promotion: Introduce potential customers to our offerings, highlighting key features and benefits.
  3. Sales Conversion: Persuade customers to make a purchase or take the desired action through effective communication and persuasion techniques.
  4. Customer Service: Handle inbound calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing appropriate solutions.
  5. Data Entry: Accurately record customer information, interactions, and transactions in the system/database.
  6. Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, sales conversion, and customer satisfaction.
  8. Adherence to Guidelines: Follow company policies, procedures, and scripts while making calls to ensure consistency and compliance.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Minimum 12th grade to Graduate level education.
  2. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in telemarketing or customer service.
  3. Age: Candidates must be between 18 years to 40 years old.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or local language(s).
  5. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with customers.
  6. Persistence: Strong perseverance and resilience to handle rejection and objections professionally.
  7. Computer Skills: Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with CRM software and MS Office suite.
  8. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support team goals.
  9. Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.
  10. Gender: Open to candidates of all genders - male, female, and others.
