Job Overview: As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in our customer acquisition and retention efforts. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our products/services, and persuading them to take the desired action. Your goal will be to achieve targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience at every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outgoing calls to prospects from various sources such as databases, leads, and referrals. Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings.
  2. Product/Service Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products/services to address customer queries, overcome objections, and position our offerings effectively. Continuously update your understanding of our offerings and industry trends.
  3. Relationship Building: Build rapport with prospects through active listening, empathy, and professionalism. Foster positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed predefined sales targets and performance metrics. Consistently strive to improve conversion rates, call quality, and overall productivity.
  5. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system. Generate reports on call activity, sales performance, and other relevant metrics as required.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in training sessions, workshops, and skill development programs to enhance your sales techniques, product knowledge, and communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum 10th grade to Graduate.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with fluency in the local language and proficiency in Hindi. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and close sales.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, targets, and strategies.
  • Technology Proficiency: Basic computer skills with familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Ethical Standards: High ethical standards with a commitment to integrity and honesty in all interactions.
