Job Description:
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services, generating sales leads, and close sales. Your primary goal will be to engage customers, build rapport, and effectively convey the value proposition of our offerings. This role offers a perfect blend of customer interaction, sales expertise, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
- Product/Service Promotion: Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and advantages of our products/services to potential customers.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through proactive calling and lead nurturing techniques.
- Sales Closure: Close sales deals over the phone by addressing customer queries, overcoming objections, and negotiating terms.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service, addressing concerns, and following up on inquiries.
- Data Management: Accurately records and updates customer information, interactions, and transactions in the database.
- Achievement of Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team targets for sales and call quality metrics.
- Adherence to Policies: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations during all interactions with customers.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduate.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telesales or a similar role.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
- Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
- Sales Acumen: Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales deals.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Target Orientation: Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
