Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or through cold calling techniques. Your primary objective will be to introduce our products/services, generate interest, and schedule appointments or sales meetings.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with existing customers to provide support, gather feedback, and upsell additional products or services where applicable. Build strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Lead Management: Manage lead information accurately and efficiently in our CRM system. Keep detailed records of interactions, follow-up activities, and outcomes to ensure effective pipeline management.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates. Demonstrate a proactive approach to achieving and surpassing performance metrics.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our products/services, pricing structures, and competitive advantages. Be prepared to answer questions and address concerns from prospects and customers effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align efforts and optimize lead generation and conversion strategies. Provide valuable insights and feedback to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade to Graduate level.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively. Empathetic and attentive listener.
- Resilience: Resilience and persistence in overcoming objections and rejection. Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain motivation.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools. Ability to adapt to new technologies and systems quickly.
