Job Description:
As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer interaction, playing a crucial role in establishing and maintaining positive relationships with our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting our products/services and persuading them to make purchases or avail of our offerings. Additionally, you will handle inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about our products/services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote our products/services and generate sales.
- Handle inbound calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products/services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.
- Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into sales and achieve assigned targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty to our brand.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery and resolution of issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum education qualification: 10th to Graduate.
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role for a minimum of 3 years.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and articulate phone manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
- Persuasive selling abilities with a focus on achieving targets and driving results.
- Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
