Position Overview:
As a Telecaller, you will be the frontline representative of our organization, responsible for engaging with prospective customers over the phone. Your primary objective will be to promote our products/services, generate leads, and facilitate conversions through effective communication and rapport-building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to potential customers from our database or leads provided. Introduce our products/services, explain their benefits, and persuade prospects to engage further.
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify leads through strategic questioning and active listening. Gather relevant information and maintain a comprehensive database of leads for follow-up.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate the conversion process. Provide necessary support and information to assist in closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- Feedback and Reporting: Keep accurate records of interactions with customers, including details of inquiries, feedback, and outcomes. Provide regular reports to management regarding call volumes, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
- Adherence to Guidelines: Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements during interactions with customers. Uphold ethical standards and maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduate level.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 and 40 years old.
- Gender: Open to candidates of all genders - male, female, and others.
Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
- Persuasive and confident demeanor with the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient computer skills with experience using CRM software and MS Office applications.
