Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for effectively communicating with customers over the phone to promote our products/services, address their inquiries, and provide exceptional customer support. Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

1. Outbound Calls: Making outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases to generate sales or set up appointments.
2. Inbound Calls: Handling incoming calls from existing or potential customers, addressing their queries, providing information about products/services, and resolving any issues they may have.
3. Building Relationships: Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Product Knowledge: Acquiring in-depth knowledge of our products/services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and advantages to customers.
5. Achieving Targets: Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets for sales conversions, lead generation, or any other key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
6. Data Management: Recording accurate and comprehensive details of all interactions with customers in the CRM system or designated software.
7. Feedback: Providing feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences, market trends, and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Education: The minimum educational qualification required is 12th grade, although candidates with higher education qualifications will be preferred.

Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in telecalling or a related field is required.

Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.

Gender: This position is open to individuals of all genders - male and female.

Skills:

1. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and proficiency in English would be an added advantage.
2. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
3. Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs effectively.
4. Persuasive ability to influence customers and close sales deals.
5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or similar tools.
