Job Description:

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services and generate sales leads. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

1. Making outbound calls to prospective customers from our database.
2. Introducing our products/services to potential clients and highlighting their benefits.
3. Effectively communicating promotional offers, discounts, and incentives to encourage sales.
4. Building and maintaining a positive rapport with customers to enhance brand loyalty.
5. Handling customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing appropriate solutions.
6. Recording accurate and detailed information on customer interactions in the database.
7. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the team lead or manager.
8. Collaborating with the sales team to follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
9. Staying updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

Qualifications and Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

1. Education: The minimum educational qualification required is 12th grade, although a graduate degree is preferred.
2. Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role is required.
3. Age: Candidates must be between 18 years to 40 years old.
4. Gender: This position is open to individuals of all genders - male and female.
5. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and/or local language, with proficiency in English being a plus.
6. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
7. Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs and concerns.
8. Persistence and resilience to handle rejection and objections professionally.
9. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software for recording customer interactions.
10. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
11. Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
