Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services, generating sales leads, and ultimately close deals. Your primary objective will be to engage prospects, build rapport, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings. This role requires a high level of energy, persistence, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Present our products/services persuasively to generate interest and secure appointments or sales.
  2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive calling efforts. Gather relevant information about prospects and record details accurately in the CRM system.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by addressing their queries, providing accurate information, and offering solutions tailored to their needs.
  4. Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively pitching products/services, overcoming objections, and closing sales deals.
  5. Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective customers to nurture leads and facilitate the sales process. Keep track of pending leads and ensure timely closure.
  6. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and enhance our offerings.
  7. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of all interactions with customers, including call logs, follow-up actions, and sales activities. Ensure accuracy and completeness of data for reporting purposes.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (Matriculation) up to graduation.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in telemarketing or sales roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Ability to articulate product/service features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Confidence, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude are essential.
  • Persistence: Demonstrated ability to handle rejection and persevere in challenging situations. Willingness to make multiple calls and follow up diligently to achieve targets.
  • Technology Skills: Proficiency in basic computer operations and familiarity with CRM software for maintaining records.
  • Ethical Standards: Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and compliance with company policies and guidelines.
