As a Telecaller, you will be an essential part of our team, responsible for engaging potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services and generate sales leads. Your primary objective will be to build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and effectively communicate how our offerings can address those needs.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce our products/services and explain their benefits persuasively.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through proactive calling efforts. Gather pertinent information from leads to assess their potential interest and purchasing intent.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with existing and potential customers in a friendly, professional manner to build rapport and trust. Address any inquiries or concerns they may have and provide accurate information about our offerings.
- Product/Service Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services, pricing, and promotional offers. Effectively communicate key features and benefits to customers to pique their interest and drive sales.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Utilize effective sales techniques and strategies to maximize conversion rates and achieve desired outcomes.
- Data Management: Keep detailed records of interactions with customers, including their contact information, preferences, and feedback. Update customer databases and CRM systems with relevant information promptly and accurately.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and team members to share best practices, strategies, and insights for improving overall sales performance. Work together towards achieving collective goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade up to Graduate level.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years in outbound sales or telemarketing.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language (add language name if applicable) with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
- Sales Aptitude: Strong sales acumen with a passion for driving results and achieving targets. Ability to overcome objections and close sales effectively.
- Customer Focus: Customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to understand and fulfill customer needs. Ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Resilience: Resilient and adaptable to handle rejection and overcome obstacles in a high-pressure sales environment.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills with proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
- Ethical Standards: Adherence to ethical business practices and compliance with company policies and guidelines.
