As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to promote our products/services, generate sales leads, and maintain customer satisfaction. Your role will be crucial in fostering positive relationships with our clientele while driving revenue growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce our products/services, explain their benefits, and persuade customers to make a purchase or schedule appointments.
2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive calling efforts. Gather necessary information from leads and maintain accurate records of interactions in the database.
3. Customer Follow-up: Follow up on inquiries and leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources. Address customer queries and concerns promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
4. Achieve Sales Targets: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets by effectively converting leads into sales opportunities. Employ persuasive communication techniques to close deals and upsell additional products/services.
5. Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services, pricing, and promotional offers. Educate customers about product features, specifications, and benefits to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
6. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication. Keep customers informed about new product launches, special promotions, and company updates to encourage repeat business.
7. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers regarding their experience with our products/services. Relay feedback to the relevant departments for continuous improvement and enhancement of customer satisfaction.
8. Adherence to Guidelines: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and scripting guidelines during customer interactions. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to handle rejection positively and persistently pursue sales opportunities.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum educational qualification of 10th grade, with preference given to candidates with higher education.
• At least 3 years of experience in telecalling or telesales roles.
• Prior experience in the relevant industry or familiarity with similar products/services is advantageous.
