Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be the voice of our company, responsible for reaching out to potential customers, introducing them to our products/services, and persuading them to make a purchase or take action. Your primary duties will include:

1. Outbound Calls: Initiating calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
2. Customer Engagement: Building rapport with customers by understanding their needs, addressing their inquiries, and providing relevant information about our offerings.
3. Sales Pitch: Presenting our products/services persuasively to potential customers, highlighting their benefits and features to drive sales.
4. Follow-Up: Follow up with customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase, to encourage conversion.
5. Achieving Targets: Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
6. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with customers in the CRM system.
7. Feedback: Providing feedback to the management team on customer responses and market trends to improve sales strategies.

Requirements:

Education: Candidates must have completed at least 12th-grade education, although a graduation degree is preferred.

Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or telemarketing.

Age: Applicants must be between 18 to 40 years old.
