Position Overview: As a Telecaller, you will play a pivotal role in our customer service strategy by effectively communicating with customers over the phone. Based in Jalna, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Your goal will be to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through personalized interactions and attentive service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs, answer their questions, and provide relevant information about our products/services.
  2. Inquiry Handling: Handle inbound calls from existing and potential customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring timely resolution of issues to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
  3. Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, gather feedback, and promote special offers or new products/services, aiming to generate leads and increase sales opportunities.
  4. Database Management: Maintain accurate and updated customer information in the database, including call logs, interactions, and customer preferences, to facilitate efficient communication and personalized service.
  5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and technical support, to coordinate efforts, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
  6. Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), such as call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores, to contribute to the overall success of the customer service team.
  7. Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in training sessions, workshops, and skill development programs to enhance your communication skills, product knowledge, and customer service techniques, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum 10th grade to Graduate.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear and articulate speaking voice, capable of building rapport and conveying information effectively.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to assist and satisfy customers, coupled with the ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to identify issues, analyze situations, and find practical solutions to meet customer needs and resolve conflicts.
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or call center applications preferred.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work independently or as part of a team, and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
