Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calls: Place outbound calls to prospective customers from our database or leads provided, introducing them to our offerings and persuasively explaining the benefits.
  2. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers courteously and professionally, actively listening to their needs and providing appropriate solutions or information.
  3. Product/Service Promotion: Effectively communicate product/service features, advantages, and benefits to potential customers, aiming to generate interest and drive sales.
  4. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive calling efforts, capturing essential information, and updating our CRM system accordingly.
  5. Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-ups with potential leads who have shown interest but haven't made a commitment yet, nurturing relationships and guiding them through the sales process.
  6. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management, demonstrating consistent performance and contributing to the overall success of the team.
  7. Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular feedback to the team leader or supervisor regarding customer interactions, market trends, and suggestions for improvement. Prepare and submit accurate reports on a timely basis.
  8. Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction while maintaining a positive brand image.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade to Graduate. A higher level of education is an advantage.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in telemarketing or telecalling roles, preferably in a similar industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is desirable.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old to be eligible for this position.
  • Gender: Open to candidates of all genders. Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant telephone voice.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
