Position Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer interaction efforts. You will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our products/services, and persuading them to make a purchase or take desired actions. Additionally, you will handle inbound calls, address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Place calls to prospective customers from a provided database or leads list. Introduce our products/services, highlight key features, and articulate compelling value propositions to encourage purchase or engagement.
  2. Inbound Call Management: Handle incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally. Listen attentively to customer concerns, provide accurate information, and resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate department for further assistance.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  4. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics. Utilize effective sales techniques and persuasion strategies to drive conversions and maximize revenue generation.
  5. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of calls, including customer interactions, outcomes, and follow-up actions, using CRM software or designated databases. Generate regular reports on call activity, sales performance, and customer feedback for management review.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) up to Graduate level.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or customer service roles.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  • Gender: This position is open to individuals of all genders - male, female, and others - who possess the requisite skills and qualifications.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to handle objections and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
  • High level of professionalism, punctuality, and reliability.
