Job Responsibilities:

As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to initiate and manage outbound calls to prospective customers. Your duties will include:

1. Making outbound calls to potential customers from our database or leads provided.
2. Introducing our products/services to prospects and explaining their benefits.
3. Engaging prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and preferences.
4. Addressing any questions or concerns raised by prospects regarding our offerings.
5. Persuading prospects to take desired actions, such as scheduling appointments or making purchases.
6. Maintaining accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
7. Collaborating with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

1. Education: Minimum of 12th-grade education, although a graduate degree is preferred.
2. Experience: At least 3 months of prior experience in a similar telecalling or sales role.
3. Age: Between 18 and 40 years.
4. Gender: Open to individuals of all genders.
5. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and/or Punjabi, with the ability to articulate thoughts clearly and persuasively.
6. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
7. Resilience and persistence in handling objections and rejections.
8. Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications.
9. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.
