Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to promote our products/services and generate sales leads. Your primary objective will be to effectively communicate our offerings, address customer inquiries, and convert leads into sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
2. Product/Service Promotion: Present and explain the features and benefits of our products/services to potential customers.
3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through proactive communication and engagement.
4. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and address their queries and concerns effectively.
5. Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive techniques to convert leads into sales opportunities and achieve sales targets.
6. Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, maintain customer relationships, and facilitate the sales process.
7. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, feedback, and sales transactions.
8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to share insights, best practices, and strategies for achieving sales goals.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School) to a Graduate degree.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in telesales or a related field is required.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
• Gender: This position is open to individuals of all genders, both male and female.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
• Persuasion Skills: Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.
• Customer-centric Approach: Strong customer service orientation with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Target-oriented: Goal-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations and customer preferences.
• Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or sales management tools.
• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Jaisalmer region and its demographics is advantageous.
