Job Overview: As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our products/services, and persuading them to make a purchase or avail of our services. You will play a crucial role in generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
- Product/Service Promotion: Present and explain the features and benefits of our products/services to potential customers.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and probing techniques.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by addressing their queries, and concerns, and providing assistance as needed.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the management.
- Data Entry: Accurately record and update customer information, interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Follow-up: Follow up with potential leads via phone calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction and conversion.
- Feedback: Provide feedback to the management regarding customer preferences, market trends, and potential areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 12th grade to Graduate degree.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in telesales or customer service.
- Age: Between 18 to 40 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders - male and female applicants are welcome.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and proficiency in Hindi or English.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport, persuade, and influence customers effectively.
- Sales Aptitude: Basic understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computer systems, CRM software, and other telecommunication tools.
- Positive Attitude: Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Jagtial and surrounding areas would be an advantage.
