Position Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to convert them into clients. Your primary objective will be to promote our products/services, handle inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers using a prepared script to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
2. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, build rapport, and address their queries and concerns effectively.
3. Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into sales, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
4. Lead Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the database, update information, and follow up on leads as necessary.
5. Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products/services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
6. Customer Follow-Up: Follow up with customers via phone calls or emails to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and encourage repeat business.
7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to coordinate efforts, share insights, and contribute to achieving overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, telecalling, or customer service role preferred.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
• Gender: Open to all genders, both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
