Position Overview: As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to promote our products/services, answer inquiries, and provide information. Your primary objective will be to convert leads into customers while delivering a seamless and personalized experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database. Present our products/services persuasively to potential customers.
  2. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Address any questions or concerns they may have about our offerings and provide accurate information.
  3. Lead Conversion: Effectively communicate the benefits of our products/services and persuade customers to make a purchase or schedule an appointment. Strive to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  4. Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and maintain ongoing communication with potential customers. Keep detailed records of interactions and update customer information in the database.
  5. Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and preferences. Provide personalized recommendations and solutions to enhance their experience.
  6. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers regarding their experience with our products/services. Use this feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the enhancement of our offerings.
  7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Share insights and best practices to support team goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade to Graduate.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 and 40 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders - male and female.

Skills and Abilities:

  1. Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
  2. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  3. Good listening skills and attention to detail.
  4. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software are a plus.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and adapt.
