Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be the front line of our company, responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone. Your main objective will be to promote our products/services, answer queries, and generate leads. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining positive customer relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce our products/services and effectively communicate their benefits.
  2. Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and other methods. Keep accurate records of all leads and customer interactions.
  3. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Address any inquiries or concerns they may have and provide appropriate solutions or information.
  4. Follow-up: Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly. Maintain regular communication with potential customers to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
  5. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates. Strive towards achieving individual and team goals.
  6. Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback on customer responses, market trends, and potential improvements to the sales process. Prepare regular reports on call activities, lead status, and conversion rates.
  7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Share insights and best practices to enhance overall performance.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (Matriculation) to Graduate degree.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in telecalling or a similar role. Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and/or local languages. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively over the phone.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Empathetic towards customer needs and concerns.
  • Persistence: Resilience and persistence in dealing with rejection and objections. Ability to maintain motivation and focus in a target-driven environment.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications. Experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
